I pruned the Oakleaf hydrangeas and Hydrangeas off the side of the deck towards the woods. I was only out about an hour because I just don’t have the energy yet I need. But I have to get things done.

Also, the woods and the garden are always good to you if you’re good to them, so I had some surprises today. Witch hazel starting to bloom, my first camellia, a baby holly tree, growing in the woods and to be able to see how well my umbrella magnolia saplings are doing.
