The flowers of July. Lilies and day lilies. Hydrangeas. More roses. Summer annuals.

We have had yet another week of crazy thunder storms, big wind, etc. Today the humidity was more bearable than the past few days. It’s been pea soup meets a sauna, I do not know how else to describe it.

The roses still aren’t fed. This is the time of year I use a drench and it has either been raining or the ground has been super wet. I try to do a little weeding and deadheading every day.

My garden does however resemble a jungle. We have shrubs that need trimming, but catbirds are still nesting in a few places.
